Who we are

Iqshant-Metrol, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Iqshant, at F-39, Block-F, Sector 6, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. GSTIN 09ABPFM4674A1Z1. What we collect

• Enquiry details — name, phone number, email, city and whatever you write in the message box.
• Order details — the pieces, sizes and quantities you ask us to hold, plus your delivery address once you confirm an order.
• Measurements, if you send them for a custom fit.
• Basic technical data — your IP address at the time of an enquiry, kept as a spam check.

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by an RBI-authorised payment gateway on its own secure, PCI-DSS compliant page. All we receive back is a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded or failed.

Why we hold it

• To answer your enquiry and confirm stock — this is the main reason.
• To ship an order and handle alterations, returns and refunds.
• To meet Indian tax and accounting requirements on invoices we raise.
• To message you about a sale, only if you have asked to be on that list.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie: a PHP session cookie that remembers what is in your bag while you browse. It expires when you close the browser. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it goes live.

Who else sees your data

• Our delivery partner, which receives your name, address and phone number to make the delivery.
• Our payment gateway, when you use a payment link.
• Our accountant and the tax authorities, for invoices only.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except records we must keep for tax. Write to aman@metrolmedia.com with the phone number or email you used, and we will act within 30 days.

To stop sale messages, reply STOP to any of them, or tell us on WhatsApp. It takes effect the same day.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and close it within 30 days.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep data from minors; if you believe we have, tell us and we will remove it.

Security

Enquiries are stored on our server and on our email. Access is limited to the three people who run the studio. We use HTTPS across the site. No system is perfect, so if something does go wrong we will tell affected customers directly rather than quietly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for two weeks.
