Dispatch

Pieces in stock leave the studio within 2 working days of payment. Made-to-measure and custom work takes 15–21 working days; we confirm a date in writing before we start cutting. Orders placed after 4pm are picked up the next working day.

Studio pickup

Free, and usually ready the same day if the piece is in stock. Tell us on the enquiry form that you would rather collect, and come to Block F between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

Tracking

You get a tracking number on WhatsApp and email the moment the parcel is picked up. If tracking has not moved in 48 hours, message us — we chase the courier, you should not have to.

Address changes

We can change the delivery address any time before dispatch. After dispatch it depends on the courier, and usually adds two days.

Delivery attempts

Couriers attempt delivery three times. If all three fail, the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to re-ship. Re-shipping is charged at the standard rate for your zone.

If a parcel is damaged or missing

• Refuse a parcel that arrives visibly torn or opened, and tell us the same day.
• If it is accepted and then found damaged, send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
• Parcels marked delivered but not received are traced with the courier; this takes up to 7 working days, after which we replace or refund in full.

International orders

We ship worldwide on request. Customs duty and import taxes at the destination are payable by you and are not included in our price. We declare the actual value on the invoice — we cannot mark parcels as gifts.
